Do I need an app or a phone?
No app, no Bluetooth, no WiFi, no account. Drop a disc on the frame and it plays. It works completely offline.
How many songs does it hold?
One song per disc, nine discs included. Any disc can be overwritten whenever you like, so the collection changes as often as you want it to.
Will the magnet hold on my fridge?
It holds firmly on any magnetic metal surface - standard fridge doors, lockers, filing cabinets. It will not hold on glass-fronted or aluminium fridges. If yours is glass, it sits perfectly well on a shelf instead.
Can I put a voice message or a custom recording on it?
Yes - any MP3 works. A recorded message, a wedding speech, a clip from a gig. It is one of the most popular things buyers do with it when they are giving it as a gift.
How do I load my own songs?
Plug the player into a laptop with the included USB-C cable. Nine numbered folders appear. Drag an MP3 into each one, then stick each numbered chip on the back of the disc you want it to play. Takes about two minutes, once.
How big is it?
4.37 x 5.08 x 2.36 inches, and each disc is 2.01 inches across.
How is it powered?
Rechargeable over USB-C, cable included.
How long does shipping take?
Every order ships free and tracked, worldwide. Build takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes 7-16 business days - 8-19 business days door to door. If an order passes 16 business days in transit, email us the order number and we will chase the carrier.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Faulty on arrival and we cover return shipping and replace or refund it. Changed your mind and you can send it back unused in its original packaging for a refund of the item price, with return shipping on you. Refunds land within 5-10 business days of us checking the item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Any customs or import duty is set by your country, charged separately, and is not included in the price.
